Supporting creative learning and collaboration in the classroom.

Offered in partnership by the Dartmouth Center for the Advancement of Learning (DCAL) and the Design Initiative at Dartmouth (DIAD).

The Design Course Development Grant supports the creation of a new design-based curricular module (exercise/project/assignment/activity/experience) inside an existing undergraduate course at Dartmouth. The grant provides a $1,000 stipend plus up to a $1,500 budget to cover materials and other costs associated with implementing the new curricular model. DIAD and DCAL will also provide help and coaching as you develop your module.
